This work transforms glitch-based portraits from the Continuum of Comics series into tangible artifacts. The illustrated figures, fractured and recomposed through digital manipulation, are materialized as acrylic keychains that shift from image to object. By moving between screen and handheld form, the piece reflects on how identity circulates through preservation, exchange, and commodification, suggesting that even distortion can be carried as a token of selfhood.
In translating the digital into an everyday object, the work raises questions about the permanence of what is often fleeting. The keychain format blurs the boundary between artwork and commodity, posing the question of how identity, once fractured into pixels and glitches, might be stabilized or reimagined when embodied in a portable relic.
